Flash intro

hey guys I am new at actionscript language and usage..
I need a big help...
I need to insert a flash intro on my website but I don't know how..
this is the flash intro


these are the files I have..





I would add a song, resize it...and change names for ex:
testimonials into assistance...
and for each button I would enter a redirect to a website page..
